​Weather is made up of six main components. These are temperature, atmospheric pressure, cloud formation, wind, humidity and rain. A small change to any of these conditions can create a different weather pattern. Weather metrics such as minimum temperature, maximum temperature and observation temperatures are reported based on looking at the expected temperatures over the entire 24-hour period and finding the minimum, maximum, and averages. The same is true for other metrics such as humidity and wind speed.
